Founded in 1988 and a graduate of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA’s) 8(a) program, AGEISS is a minority-owned and operated, certified small disadvantaged business that specializes in providing engineering & environmental services. AGEISS’ small size and structure allow flexibility, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness. Our technical expertise and professional business practices ensure completing projects on time and within budget.

AGEISS specializes in providing engineering & environmental consulting services to Federal agencies and private sector clients.  Specifically, AGEISS has provided more than $64 million of environmental services to the Federal government.  The following table outlines some of our services and clients.




AGEISS has effectively managed 21 prime Federal contracts and 40 subcontracts, which collectively contained over 300 task orders, with up to 46 occurring concurrently.  We have managed 120 subcontractors. 
  • For the Dugway Environmental contract, all work was extended 2 years beyond the last option year.  Contract value increased from $2.3 million to $18.7 million, with 65 delivery orders, cumulatively over a 7-year period.  AGEISS was under budget for the total contract by $981,500, a savings of 5 percent.  In 2001, AGEISS was awarded the competitive follow-on environmental support contract with the highest technical rating and lowest cost.

  • AGEISS was awarded an Army Total Environmental Program Support contract for Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant in Texarkana, TX, and Tooele Army Depot-North Area in Tooele, UT.  For the Lone Star Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study, AGEISS conducted the required work under budget by $457,193 or 10 percent less than the total budget.  We also received the follow-on long term monitoring task through our GSA contract with the Fort Worth COE.

  • Before graduating from the SBA 8(a) Program, AGEISS won the Rocky Mountain Arsenal’s first 8(a) Technical Service prime contract, with the subsequent award of four additional prime contracts and three subcontracts.
