What is a GSA Federal Supply Schedule?
A GSA Federal Supply Schedule, also known as a Multiple Award Schedule, is a listing of contractors that have been awarded a contract by GSA that can be used by all Federal agencies.
What environmental services are available through AGEISS’ GSA contract?
Specific types of services are allowed under the GSA contract and are identified by Special Item Numbers (SINs). AGEISS can provide services under the following SINs.

SIN 899-1 Environmental Planning Services and Documentation - Environmental assessments; environmental impact statements; natural resource management plans, studies, and consultations; cultural resource management plans, studies, and consultations; and waste management plans.

SIN 899-2 Environmental Compliance Services - Environmental compliance audits; compliance management planning; waste and pollution prevention surveys; and air, water, and waste permitting support.

SIN 899-3 Environmental and Occupational Training Services - Conventional courses and computer-based interactive courses, customized or standardized, on- or off-site.

SIN 899-4 Waste Management Services - Waste prevention surveys, waste process evaluation, and identification of recycling alternatives.

How can I access AGEISS through the GSA Schedule?

Prepare a Request For Quote (RFQ)

Your RFQ should address the following areas: description of work to be performed (SOW), delivery schedule, and acceptance criteria

Transmit your RFQ to the Contract Administrator at your facility

The Contract Administrator at your facility will request one or more contractors to submit a cost proposal for the identified work or a Project Management Plan (optional)

Under the $2,500 Micro-purchase Threshold
Orders can be placed with any contractor on the GSA schedule

Over the $2,500 Micro-purchase Threshold
Requires either sole-source justification according to guidelines specified in FAR 6.302 (e.g. continuance of work, time factors involved, specific technical abilities required) or proposals must be requested from at least three GSA schedule contractors. Contractor is selected based upon “Best Value” criteria.

The Contract Administrator at your facility will place your order with the selected contractor and must be sure to cite the GSA Contract number on the award.
