AGEISS' experienced geologists, hydrogeologists, and geological engineers support a broad area of engineering practice including geotechnical exploration and design, site civil design and construction, and environmental investigations.  To investigate and monitor clients' sites, AGEISS provides full-service geological, geophysical, geotechnical, hydrogeological, and hydrological capabilities, including modeling and Information Technology/GIS applications.  AGEISS designs and implements site sampling/analysis and technical plans for soil, biota, groundwater, sediment, and surface water for potential contaminants such as organic and inorganic compounds, metals, explosives, unexploded ordnance (UXO), and chemical agents.  Streamlined approaches or other cost saving measures are used to best assist clients in meeting their operational, budgetary, and regulatory goals.

AGEISS’ geological investigation experience has benefited our clients by:

  • Saving the client over $500,000 by successfully obtaining approval from the regulators to reduce the number and frequency of long term groundwater monitoring requirements

  • Completing a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) that received approval for a Record of Decision (ROD) after two other consultants were unable to do so

  • Meeting accelerated schedules and completing a 1,684-acre Preliminary Assessment (PA) in 90 days

  • Developing a Water Management Plan for the purpose of establishing Rocky Mountain Arsenal’s water policy for the consumption, transfer, storage, and detention of all water on the Arsenal
