AGEISS has been conducting environmental documentation in accordance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) guidelines since its inception. Documentation includes Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), Environmental Reports (ERs) and associated studies to fill data gaps and permitting. AGEISS’ NEPA experts are supported by our specialists in science disciplines, engineering, and public involvement.

AGEISS staff has a demonstrated ability to produce legally defensible and politically acceptable documents, are highly skilled in the regulatory and permitting process, and provide management and technical support from program concept through operations for all environmental disciplines. AGEISS supports our clients in developing the project scope and definition (Purpose and Need) and developing and evaluating Action Alternatives.  Our thorough and concise analysis includes cumulative and secondary impacts. AGEISS supports preparation of all required administrative notices, findings and records of decision as well as a complete administrative record.
